What others are saying
Heather
“My experience was beyond my best expectations.”
Heather
“I really hoped to deepen my connection with The Forest and indeed that happened. I did not expect to also develop community with the group, but I did. It was beautiful to not only experience positive changes in my life as a result of the weekly nature immersion, but to also see positive changes in others as well. It's one thing to grow individually from an experience but it is so much more enhanced when you experience growth along with others.”
Free Community Walks at the Headwaters Forest Reserve
Saturdays: May 17th | June 7th | July 5th | August 2nd |September 6th
Time- 1-4pm
Location: Headwaters Forest Reserve, Elk River Trailhead
Join us for an afternoon walk designed to guide you into a healthy connection with self and the natural world, while learning from each other in community.
Our walks are different than a casual stroll - they are about quieting the mind, coming back to center, developing a relationship with the land, witnessing each other, and allowing ourselves to be witnessed in authenticity. Our time will include practices like Qi Gong, breathing practices, a tea meditation, group sharing, and other eco-therapeutic activities.
